Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@earmarkhc.com.
Full refund* of the course registration fee will be issued for cancellation requests submitted on or earlier than 14 calendar days prior to the course start date. *See exception below for course materials packet.
For cancellations within 14 calendar days of the course start date, 50% of the course fees are refundable.
*In the case of cancellations, the registrant is responsible for the return of all course materials already received or in transit. This packet of course material is shipped to the registered address within 1-2 weeks of the course. Failure to return these materials in their original condition will result in a charge of $115 (total value of text book, study guide, hearing protection device, handouts, and shipping/handling) IN ADDITION to any non-refundable registration fee incurred with the cancellation as outlined by the above policy.
